TOAD Group has announced pre-tax profits up by 380% to £1.1 million for 2003.

The company, which has a mobile phone hands-free installation business, has seen business boosted by changes to mobile phone legislation in cars announced last year.
Chairman Peter Ward said: 'However, we believe the opportunities for the Toad Group extend well beyond this immediate surge in demand and we are currently recruiting and training additional engineers.'
