A NEW rental service offering a range of benefits including compensation for service failures is now available to fleets.

Thrifty Rental Solutions also offers a two-hour delivery guarantee, long-term rental and guaranteed service levels.

Caroline Gallagher, head of sales at Thrifty Car Rental UK, the group behind the service, said: 'When you have a driver in an accident who needs to be kept mobile and is already stressed because his car has been hit, you need to know that you can rely on the rental provider to pull out all the stops.'
