THE latest appointments in the fleet industry.

  • EUROMASTER has increased its sales team. Martin Saint has joined as national sales director responsible for delivering fleet customer solutions. He will be responsible for a seven-strong team and brings experience from his role as regional sales manager at Michelin. Robert Blaikie has joined as divisional sales director responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and developing solutions to reduce costs. Sarah Horton-Walsh has been appointed brand and corporate communications manager for UK business.

  • DAIMLERCHRYSLER UK has appointed Neil Williamson as director of network development. Williamson will head a 70-strong team responsible for market development, market representation and training. He joins the company from Nissan, where he worked in several marketing, sales and network development roles.

  • MARTIN Cutbill has joined Hitachi Capital as group business development director. He will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company and its five core businesses including Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions. Prior to joining Hitachi, Cutbill worked at HBOS for seven years, most recently as head of service strategy and prior to that as head of partnerships. He also worked at Pricewaterhouse-Coopers for six years as a management consultant.

  • ROBERT Goldwater has been appointed sales director at Masternaut. He has more than 30 years’ industry experience, including several years in general management within the fleet industry. Goldwater joined Masternaut two years ago and has been involved in the business development of the group. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing Masternaut’s sales team.

  • FLEET software specialist cfc Solutions has appointed Paddy Chadderton as account manager for rental and leasing products. Chadderton has spent the past six years as business manager in dealer car sales and has experience of Ford, Vauxhall, Volks-wagen, Audi and Toyota franchises. He will use his experience to develop the rental and leasing side of cfc Solutions.

  • TEST and inspection equipment supplier Maha UK has appointed Peter Clarke to its team. He will be responsible for supporting Maha’s distributors in central and north-west England and promoting the sale of Maha’s Commercial Vehicle Test Lanes. Clarke began his career in 1977 with Brown Brother’s Garage Equipment Division, with whom he worked in the UK and the Middle East.
