VOLVO will unveil a V8 version of the XC90 at this month’s Paris Motor Show.

The car will use a 4.4-litre engine developing 315bhp and a six-speed automatic transmission. Volvo claims it will accelerate from 0-62mph in seven seconds and while it expects to sell 15,000 next year after production starts, primarily in North America, it has no plans to produce a right-hand drive version.
