In the January 20 issue of Fleet News, readers will be asked to cast their vote for winners in three categories – Company Car of the Year, Manufacturer of the Year and Service Company of the Year.
Company Car of the Year and Service Company of the Year are completely new awards, but all three will be decided by a web-based vote, taken from the ballots of thousands of Fleet News readers.
They will simply click on to www.fleetnewsawards.com and in each of the categories, click on the company they want to win from the comprehensive list available.
To ensure absolute fairness in the judging process, readers will be asked to type in their unique reader number, provided on the front of the January 20 issue. Full details of the online voting process are available on our website, www.fleetnewsawards.com just by clicking on the relevant category.

COMPANY CAR OF THE YEAR AWARD
A NEW Award, sponsored by Hi-Q, voted for by Fleet News readers through a secure online process. Registered readers will be able to enter a single vote, verified by reader number. A detailed list of candidates will be provided on the website, covering the key models on sale to fleets in the past year. The most popular model will be declared the winner.
MANUFACTURER OF THE YEAR AWARD
THIS year’s Manufacturer of the Year will be decided by the readers. A detailed list will be provided on the Fleet News website, covering the key manufacturers operating in the fleet market in the past year. Readers then simply click on the one they believe had the best range of cars while supplying the fleet industry to the highest standard in 2004.
SERVICE COMPANY OF THE YEAR AWARD
THE Service Company Award recognises the best firm working in the fleet industry over the past year, again voted for by readers. We will supply a detailed list of candidates on the Fleet News Awards’ website, with the company securing the most votes crowned at the awards ceremony in March.
