Less process, more service

ALD Automotive has announced a series of IT developments in a bid to help fleets improve service to drivers and reduce administration.

The company has enhanced its offerings including its QuDOS online ordering process and also launched a new web-based dealer quote system.

IT director John Saffrett said: ‘We are working to web-enable as many processes as possible, eliminating paper and removing the burden of fleet administration. It will bring significant reductions in errors.

‘Increasing online utilisation also means that valuable staff time is made available to enable our employees to discuss wider issues with customers and add real value instead of focusing on processing.’
