Royal Parks fleet renews deal

THE Royal Parks Agency has renewed a contract for the supply of all 40 of its vehicles.

The agency is continuing its relationship with Hitachi Vehicle Capital, which provides the 270 staff with Land Rovers, Subaru 4x4s, Vauxhall Astras, Ford Transit vans, police motorcycles and specialist vehicles for gamekeepers.

The vehicles are provided on a five-year full maintenance and servicing contract. ‘Knowing our fleet costs for the next five years has enabled us to organise the remainder of our budget more easily. We know our hire charges and running costs.

‘All we need to do is adjust our budget from time to time, but the rental charge always remains the same.’
