CX-7 is Mazda’s sport utility debut

MAZDA is the latest car firm to launch an SUV model, with the announcement of the new CX-7.

The five-seat CX-7 is powered by a 2.3-litre turbocharged petrol engine offering 244bhp and 258lb-ft of torque. The four-wheel drive model will debut at next month’s Detroit Motor Show but will not go on sale in the UK until late 2006.
