Over 130 vehicles were on offer, including Escort, Daily, Convoy and Partner vans and Daf box vans and tractor units.

The special event was staged in BCA’s dedicated Commercial Vehicle Auction Centre. All the vehicles were pre-sale prepared and the majority offered with a long MOT, service history and warranted mileages.

Hundreds of buyers attended and bidding was fast and furious throughout the sale.

Every vehicle sold for equivalent to 109% of guide values. BCA had promoted the sale heavily with adverts in the trade press, text alerts and tele-marketing. A dedicated micro-site promoting the sale had been set up on BCA’;s website and nearly all the stock was digitally imaged and displayed online. Potential buyers were able to access information on the sale through BCA’s exclusive Commercial Auction View stock locator service which logged thousands of user sessions in the run-up to the sale.
