NATIONAL Car Rental aims to make the return of vehicles to airport rental locations easier for its customers.

Its customer services staff will use PDA hand-held devices at all its airport locations after their introduction at Gatwick and Heathrow airports last year. It is rolling out the devices so agents can electronically book cars in once they are returned, making the process quicker for renters.
