HIGHLANDS and Islands Airports (HIA) is using a new fleet management software system to manage its diverse range of 600 vehicles.

The company, which is responsible for 10 airports in Scotland, has chosen RAC Software Solution’s Tranman system. HIA will use Tranman to capture data about its vehicles and related costs and to monitor the time taken to maintain and repair its vehicles to improve planning of vehicle maintenance and resource allocation.
