New faces for Vauxhall fleet

VAUXHALL is planning to strengthen its place in the UK and Irish fleet markets following the appointment of two new fleet staff.

Bob Maclachlan has taken on the role of fleet director for Opel Ireland. He has worked within Vauxhall for 28 years, including 15 years in fleet sales.

Bob Cosby will replace Maclachlan as Vauxhall and Saab national corporate sales and development manager. He will be responsible for sales to major, 500-plus and blue chip corporate fleets and developing new business.

Maclachlan said: ‘This is an exciting time to be taking over the fleet reins in Ireland when we have a product line-up that is the strongest for many years.’
