THIS stunning coupe is the production-ready version of Jaguar’s replacement for the ageing XK8.

The new XK will make its debut later this month at the Frankfurt Motor Show before going on sale in the UK next spring.

Claimed to be the most technically-advanced Jaguar ever built, thanks to the extensive use of aluminium in its chassis, the XK will be powered by a 4.2-litre V8 engine developing 300bhp. Prices will be announced in early 2006 and a convertible version is also scheduled for production.
