The event takes place on November 1 at the London Hilton Metropole, Edgware Road, London with guest speakers Peter Draper, communications consultant and former marketing director of Manchester United, who will look at what makes customers remain loyal.
Other speakers range from experts at banking giant UBS, Datamonitor, CAP, AA Motoring Trust, Institute for Customer Service, LloydsTSB autolease and Microsoft.
In addition, there will be leading fleet managers from DTS Tie Leung, Barclays and Astra Zeneca, providing their view on why suppliers fail when it comes to customer service.
There will also be blasts of innovation providing thought provoking suggestions intended to help businesses from cfc solutions and Fleet Consult.
