DCFM wins contract hire deal

DAIMLERCHRYSLER Fleet Management has become sole supplier for a building contractor's car fleet.

Providing the contract hire with full maintenance on a sole supply basis, DCFM has recently acquired MPG Contract’s 60-vehicle mixed fleet through a sale and leaseback deal.

DCFM is also helping MPG set up a new car policy strategy to meet fleet expansion demands. MPG has increased its turnover from £12 million three years ago to an estimated £55 million in 2006 and the company’s five year plan is to raise this to £100 million.

The fleet size is also predicted to double over the next five years.
