Avis outsources

CAR rental company Avis has outsourced its driver helpline service to third-party call-handling specialist All Fleet Services (AFS).

Its Assist service covers breakdowns as well as providing general advice and information to drivers of Avis rental vehicles. The company expects to receive up to 40,000 helpline calls each year.
