AN award-winning fleet manager whose skill has led to him holding one of the most senior posts in the global fleet market is among the speakers at the 2007 Fleet News Europe Conference.

Simon Boggis is director of procurement for TNT Logistics, which employs more than 36,000 people in 28 countries and for 2005, reported sales of €3.6 billion.

Boggis, a full member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, has won a record-breaking five Fleet News Awards.

In his presentation at the event in Brussels on February 8 next year, Boggis will focus on how suppliers can succeed with international fleet customers.

The session is one of two providing a personal overview of the issues facing senior fleet operators on the international stage.

Also speaking on the subject will be another global fleet expert, Bruce Maclaren, global auto program manager for Microsoft.
