Pizza delivery firm makes a smart move

TOPS Pizza has taken on a posse of smart cars for deliveries in London and the Home Counties.

The company has taken on six smart fortwos and plans to build the fleet to cover all 29 stores across London and the South East by the end of the year.

Managing director Ali Yasdi said the cars were chosen because they are memorable and serve as a good marketing tool. He also cited the fact they are easy to park and ideal for driving in urban areas.

The cars are supplied by DaimlerChrysler Services Fleet Management on two-year contract hire agreements with full maintenance.
