Lease firm saving

A MAJOR leasing company has slashed daily rental costs on its own company car fleet following a review of fleet policy.

Lex Vehicle Leasing has reduced rental and fuel costs by 45% after reviewing the rental booking process and clamping down on the state vehicles are left in at the end of their rental contracts.

Jon Walden, managing director at Lex Vehicle Leasing, said: ‘Like many companies, fleet policy gets set and then isn’t reviewed for some time, which means drivers get into bad habits and processes slip.’
