A TECHOLOGY company which supplies smart card machines has installed a telematics system to track its mobile engineers.

G2 Integrated Solutions introduced the Aeromark telematics system on its 60-strong fleet to improve response times and provide a better service to customers. The system allows G2 to record details of each service call which then enables management to verify if service level agreements have been met. The group is hoping to make a return on the initial investment in less than two years.
