CITROEN has announced plans to maximise fleet and leasing company sales of its C6 saloons across France and Germany.

The manufacturer has commissioned EurotaxGlass’s International to provide data and consultancy as part of an ongoing product development strategy.

It will supply Citroen with a CarToMarket study that enables car manufacturers to adapt the specification and marketing of a vehicle in advance of its launch in a bid to improve its long-term residual value performance.

Laurent Helman, director of enterprise market sales of automobiles at Citroen, said: ‘This collaboration will help us secure a permanent improvement in the residual values of all cars across the Citroen range. Working with EurotaxGlass’s has underlined the core assets of the C6, and we will be taking account of their recommendations to optimise residual value for the car on an ongoing basis.’
