VOLKSWAGEN has announced prices for its new Eos coupe/convertible.

The range starts at £19,385 for the 113bhp 1.6-litre FSI petrol and rises to £27,995 for the range-topping 247 3.2-litre V6 Sport with the DSG gearbox.

Engine options include a 2.0-litre 147bhp FSI, a 2.0-litre TDI turbodiesel with 137bhp and the 197bhp turbocharged petrol from the Golf GTI. The four-seater Eos has a five-piece metal roof which retracts at the touch of a button.
