AFTER years in the doldrums, Britain’s motor show is back with a bang with five new models being launched which will have a big impact on the fleet sector.

Taking centre stage will be the new Vauxhall Corsa supermini which makes its world debut at the show.

Honda is also taking the wraps off its Civic three-door range for the first time. It will be shown in sporty Type S trim alongside the hot Type R concept.

There are also three key models for user-chooser drivers in the form of the Ford Focus coupe-cabriolet with its folding metal hardtop, the sporty SEAT Leon Cupra and Land Rover’s all-new Freelander range.

They join a host of new cars making their UK debuts, including Alfa Romeo’s Spider, BMW’s V10-engined M6 Convertible, Chevrolet’s Captiva SUV, the Chrysler Sebring upper-medium saloon, Dodge’s Nitro SUV, Jaguar’s supercharged XKR and the Mazda MX-5 with a new retractable metal roof.

For fleet managers, Business Day next Wednesday (July 19) will give you the chance to see the cars in the metal, and talk to key fleet sales contacts from the manufacturers.

There are also several conferences taking place during Business Day covering topics such as climate change, risk management and staff issues.

Here you will find a list of manufacturers that will be displaying cars as well as the names of your fleet contacts for Business Day. And if you can’t make Business Day, the show runs at ExCeL in London’s Docklands until July 30.
