Oona Welsh is the new customer services director, joining from First Fleet’s sister company Walon, where she was national account manager. This follows 14 years as account manager at Eurofleet/Inchcape Automotive. Welsh will be responsible for managing accounts and developing customer relationships.
Kevin King joins as operations manager, working alongside centre managers to develop services. King has held several posts at firms such as Walon and Paragon Automotive.
Malcolm Fryer will be responsible for developing business opportunities for vehicle remarketing, in-life management and the logistics sectors, while Simon Hawton will promote the company to vehicle manufacturers. Hawton was previously a consultant/strategic manager at Inchcape Automotive.
