MAZDA is strengthening its commitment to fleets with the opening of a new fleet support department.

The Corporate Support Centre, based in Twickenham, replaces the Mazda Business Centre which opened four years ago.

The new centre will offer all the services the old one did, but now features more online services which will allow Mazda to target company car drivers.

It will handle telephone and email enquiries from fleet customers concerning booking demonstrators, supplying tax and wholelife cost information and will also allow Mazda to tailor the information it sends out to registered users.

Adam Pumfrey, Mazda’s fleet and remarketing director, said: ‘We are increasing our support to the fleet team and this will allow us to build levels of contact with customers and we will use it to create a one-to-one relationship with them.’
