COOPER Tyre and Rubber Company has appointed Julian Baldwin as managing director for its UK and European business.

Baldwin, previously marketing and motorsports director for the group, will be in charge of sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply and finance across Europe.

He will also continue to oversee global motor sport.
