FLEET News, Emap Automotive’s business publication, has had all of its controlled circulation verified within the last 12 months.

Fleet News has a new audit statement for the period of January-December 2006 that shows an average net circulation of 19,994. Fleet News is the only title in its market to achieve 100% controlled requests verified in the last 12 months (up from 97.1 % in Jan-June 2006).

The standard certificate is now live on the ABC website and will shortly be followed by an 18-page profile certificate that will show the true depth of information we hold on our audience.

Simon Howard, publishing director, said: ‘This audit shows that we have extended our leadership again in the fleet market. We continue to invest heavily in delivering the highest quality circulation for our clients. This market has a high turnover of staff, so we re-register our reader base constantly to keep up-to-date. This ensures our clients’ messages are well targeted to current decision-makers in the right job roles with purchasing and/or specification responsibility.’

Martyn Moore, Fleet News editor, said: ‘This is as good as it gets in controlled circulation. Normally only newly-launched titles can achieve 100% year one verification. The position Fleet News occupies in its market is testimony to our understanding of the needs of our circulation. So many readers constantly re-registering to receive Fleet News proves we provide them with the most relevant news and information every week. Our new look and improved content has made sure our many satisfied readers keep coming back.’
