Fleet Alliance launches new SMR solution

Glasgow-based fleet solutions provider, Fleet Alliance, has launched Technical Services, a new, service, maintenance and repair (SMR) product, which includes online service booking, accident management, breakdown cover, tyre replacement and driver support.

“Our objective is to provide the best maintenance solution in the market for our customers,” said Fleet Alliance managing director, Martin Brown.

“By offering this solution, we can take care of all SMR issues clients may have to keep their vehicles in best working order. Our policy is to reduce the customer’s levels of administration but increase the levels of service they receive, a concept we call the best of both worlds,” he said.

Within Technical Services, the ServiceTrak online booking facility allows users to book services online around the clock with up to 1,000 nationally approved garages, selecting the one of their choice and benefiting from priority bookings, free collection and delivery, complimentary wash and vacuum and free courtesy car.

Fleet Alliance, which currently manages some 7,000 vehicles on behalf of corporate clients, will deliver around 3,600 new vehicles and provide some £80m worth of vehicle funding.
