Spyshot: Scirocco shows concept style

Destined to be a hot favourite among user-choosers when it goes on sale next year, the Volkswagen Scirocco has once again been caught testing.

This time the test mule was in action at the Nurburgring and the picture reveals much more of the styling.

Thankfully, there are clear influences from the striking Iroc concept car, including the low, angular snout and slanted headlights.

The production model will be a four-seater coupe – essentially VW’s answer to the Audi TT.

Power will come from a range of engines, from the 1.4 TSI Twincharger through to a V6 petrol range-topper.
