Monks, PricewaterhouseCooper’s reward benchmarking arm, will be releasing the latest issue of its long-running Company Car UK survey in March 2008.

The report provides a study of current market practice, including areas such as car availability, car allocation policy, fleet policy and employee taxation.

For the first time, the 2007 issue included analysis of health and safety and environmental policies.

As a result of recent and forthcoming legislation, in addition to a growing emphasis in corporate and social responsibility, these areas are increasingly becoming a major driver in the development of a firm’s company car policy.

To reflect these changes, the 2008 edition will provide a greater detailed study of these issues.

The 2008 questionnaire is now available, which if submitted before December 7 2007, will qualify participants to purchase the report for £300 – a significant saving on the non-participants of £1,300.
