How have the first few months in your new role been?
I have really enjoyed them and have learned a lot about managing occupational road risk (MORR). What does your job involve?
It is largely a development role, which includes developing new product ideas, material to support users of RoSPA fleet products and new relationships. I am also a technical expert for products such as our Driver Profiler. What are you working on at the moment?
A lot of my attention is focused on developing the new Complete Compliance tool for MORR, which I believe will be invaluable to companies with employees who drive for work. What is the best advice you have been given?
To take it slowly and stick at it because there is so much to take in for somebody who is completely new to the world of health and safety. What do you do to relax after work?
I spend a lot of time at the gym and socialising. With my wedding to plan for 2008, there isn’t much time to spare.
