THE fleet impact of chancellor Gordon Brown’s budget on Wednesday will be examined at the Risk in Fleet Conference.

The analysis will be part of the conference’s focus on financial and corporate risk during a wide-ranging series of presentations.

The Fleet News Risk in Fleet Conference, which takes place on May 15 at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham, will also examine other key areas of vital importance to fleets.

In the financial arena, it will cover areas ranging from the financial impact of new anti-smoking legislation, to the growing cost of environmental issues.

In a wide-ranging number of presentations on corporate risk, issues covered will include the Corporate Manslaughter Bill, writing fleet risk policies, how to adapt fleet policies to improve driver safety, managing drivers, getting management to listen, and managing opt-out drivers.

A new dedicated website detailing information about the conference is now live and can be accessed by logging on to: www.fnspringconference.com.

The website includes a full list of topics, information about the target audience for the event, ticket prices and contact details.
