THE Fleet News Business Forum in the north received a big ‘thumbs-up’ from suppliers and fleet managers.

Oulton Hall near Leeds hosted the event, at which decision-makers enjoyed short, intense one-to-ones with fleet product and service providers.

The event has previously been held in Brighton and the move to Yorkshire attracted a new audience. Suppliers reported useful meetings and many attendees said they did the equivalent of six months’ work in just over a day and a half.

The event combines business meetings and practical workshops with informal networking. A visit to the Royal Armouries in Leeds for a formal dinner added a dash of excitement and glamour.
