THE Fleet News Business Forum in the north received a big ‘thumbs-up’ from suppliers and fleet managers.
Oulton Hall near Leeds hosted the event, at which decision-makers enjoyed short, intense one-to-ones with fleet product and service providers.
The event has previously been held in Brighton and the move to Yorkshire attracted a new audience. Suppliers reported useful meetings and many attendees said they did the equivalent of six months’ work in just over a day and a half.
The event combines business meetings and practical workshops with informal networking. A visit to the Royal Armouries in Leeds for a formal dinner added a dash of excitement and glamour.
Delegates –
‘Thank you very much for inviting me and ensuring that I had an enjoyable and productive time’ Patrick Barnes, The Barnes Group
Suppliers – ‘The best event we have ever attended.’ ‘An excellent opportunity to meet with a wide range of potential clients within a relaxed and well organised event.’ ‘The quality and quantity of attendees was better this year.’ ‘Considered the event to be well organised and productive.’
