BCA strikes German deal

REMARKETING giant BCA has won a contract to remarket used cars on behalf of DaimlerChrysler AG in Germany.

They will be offered via a combination of physical auctions and electronic channels and stock includes part-exchange, ex-leasing, nearly-new and prestige cars with each vehicle assigned to the most appropriate physical or online remarketing channel.

Peter Dietrich, managing director of BCA Deutschland, said: ‘This partnership with DaimlerChrylser is a quantum leap forward for BCA in Germany, providing the potential for significant future growth in car volume and sales.’

Mr Dietrich said the company planned to open two new auction centres in Munich and Hamburg in the near future.
