Careers: How are you settling in?

Claudia Rose, corporate sales director, Lloyds TSB autolease

  • You’ve been at the company for almost six months now – how are you finding it?

Invigorating and exciting – we’ve recently created a new division and I’ve been working alongside a fantastic team.

  • How does it compare to the finance industry you previously worked in?

It moves at a much more rapid pace than banking and is a much smaller industry.

  • What’s the greatest challenge you’ve faced over the past few months?

Getting to know everyone in my team as there are 120 of them and trying to meet as many people as possible from across the business.

  • What do you enjoy about the job the most?

The opportunity to meet and develop relationships with clients and potential new customers.

  • And the least?

I don’t really enjoy the travelling and volume of emails which seems to arrive in my inbox everyday.

  • If you could have any job what would be your dream role?

The sales director for Laurent Perrier Rosé, which is my favourite tipple.
