Andre Segers has taken the newly created role of repair development manager at glass repair and replacement group Belron, which owns Autoglass.

Mr Segers will be responsible for technical development and will work with consultants to co-ordinate growth strategies. He has worked as project engineer with Belron for the past eight years.
