How did you find your first week?
It was rather challenging, being new to GE Fleet Services and fleet. It made the grey matter work overtime.

What has been the highlight of the job so far?
Making my first presentation to a potential customer and actually knowing all about the topic I was talking about, which meant I have come a long way since joining.

Do you enjoy working with the fleet industry?
I find it a very exciting industry that has many avenues to explore.

Did you want to follow this career path when you were at school?
I always knew I wanted to be in sales. I started my career in a business-to-business environment – and that’s where I stayed for 18 years.

What has been the best advice you have been given?
At GE Fleet Services, it has been to embrace the culture, which is fantastic. But an old sales director once told me “your product is as good as the passion you use to sell it” and GE has a product which oozes passion.
