Nissan’s sales rose by nearly 9% across Europe in July, helping the manufacturer to 48,100 units.

July’s performance follows three consecutive months of growth. Russia remains the largest market, reaching 10,486 sales in July – an increase of a third year-on-year (YOY).

The UK was second, up 6.7% YOY to 6,273 and Spain was third on 5,820 (up 3.7%).

A quarter of the sales were made up by new Qashqai model.
