Exclusive: Cars Direct wins BT Fleet deal

BT Fleet has appointed Cars Direct as one of its preferred remarketing suppliers for 2008.

The decision followed an annual review at the end of last year.

Ann Wragg, BT Fleet’s head of vehicle sales, said: “We are delighted to appoint Cars Direct as a preferred vehicle remarketing partner for the sale of our used cars and commercial vehicles.

“The ability to prepare, sell and maximise resale prices were key decision criteria. The expertise and range of services offered by Cars Direct made them a natural choice.”

Cars Direct managing director Roger Woodward said: “Today’s fleet managers are under increasing time and resource pressures and, as such, are turning to companies like Cars Direct that utilise the inherent power and speed of the internet.”
