Describe your fleet.
Our fleet consists of 218 cars, 54 light commercial vehicles and two fork-lift trucks. It mostly consists of Vauxhall Astras and Movanos.
What is your career history?
I previously worked in customer services for NatWest before going travelling. I then took the job as senior fleet administrator at Cancer Research UK.
What do you enjoy most about working in fleet?
Solving the daily challenges that crop up, providing good customer service and, importantly, keeping the drivers happy.
What is your greatest challenge at work?
Getting drivers to submit paperwork on time – it is a constant battle.
What would make your life easier at work?
Encouraging drivers to submit mileage forms more regularly. In the long run we hope there won’t be the need for constant chasing of forms.
Do you have any hobbies?
I play the violin and enjoy travelling to far-flung places around the world.
