Denmark told to clean up

Denmark, which is considered by many to be a environmental leader, has been criticised by the OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development).

The OECD report on the country’s environmental policy concluded that green concerns need to be better integrated into the country’s transport policies.

It suggested that the Danes introduce a sustainable transport plan, an environmental review of transport infrastructure plans, and reform transport taxes.
