Fleet Hero awards launched

The third annual Energy Saving Trust Fleet Hero Awards has been launched in partnership with the Guardian, The Observer and Fleet News.

This year, the EST will be issuing awards across 10 categories, recognising organisations that have addressed issues such as business mileage, grey fleet, smarter driving and green procurement.

There will also be awards for innovation, leadership and industry suppliers and the best small, medium and large fleets will be rewarded.

If you operate a fleet of 25 or more vehicles (under 3.5 tonnes) and have implemented projects that can demonstrate results in these areas, this is a chance to showcase your achievements.

Entries are invited until May 30 and the winners will be announced at a ceremony in London in the autumn - and profiled in-depth in the Guardian and The Observer.
