How was your first day?

Incredibly inspiring. While there was a lot to do, it was apparent that the team at Autoquake were willing and able to help.

How does your new role differ from your last job?

This role is much more hands-on.

As the business is fundamentally based on e-commerce, it is also vital to take on board all the learning and development from companies like amazon.com and the travel industry and apply it to used car retailing.

What is the biggest challenge that you’ve faced so far?

Changing the behaviour of leasing companies in what is generally a traditional non-
e-commerce end of their business.

What has been your biggest achievement?

Every leasing company that has worked with Autoquake has continued the relationship.

What are you working on at the moment?

Our marketing and development team are working on increasing our online traffic 10-fold.

What item could you not live without?

Professionally, my Blackberry. Personally, my squash racquet.
