Named and shamed

A badly potholed road in Leeds has been named the worst in Britain in a Continental Tyres survey.

Station Road has a giant crater around a sunken grate, which is deeper than the maximum height of a speed hump.

Castle Street in Renfrewshire, Mill Avenue in Hillingdon, Middlesex and Scotforth Road in Lancaster were also criticised.
