New role for Trotman

Award-winning fleet manager Nigel Trotman has joined the consultancy team at Lloyds TSB Autolease.

Mr Trotman, who won the fleet of the year title at this year’s Fleet News Awards for his work with the Whitbread Group, was made redundant from the company in April.

In his new role, he will be part of a group of expert consultants offering advice to customers on the whole aspect of running a fleet.

Mr Trotman will also manage Lloyds TSB Autolease’s 7,000-vehicle company car fleet.

He said: “This was an offer I couldn’t refuse. Having always worked on the customer side, the opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading suppliers opens up a number of new challenges for me.”
