How are you settling in?

How was your first day?
Busy! I had one-to-ones with my management team so it was a day of discovery around systems and processes.

How does your new role differ from your previous one with FleetLine?
We do not have a direct relationship with the end user customer.

Our customer is the franchisee or broker and we work in partnership with them to deliver what the end user customer needs.

What has been your greatest challenge in the role so far?
Bringing our two intermediary businesses together, with all the usual complications around systems and processes.

 

And your greatest achievement?
Having the opportunity to work with a great bunch of people, who are so keen to move the business on to the next level.

What are you working on at the moment?
Our new intermediary proposition. The added value elements are key to it.

What item could you not live without?
My Blackberry – I am nosy and like to know what’s going on.
