Accident management firm, Bankstone Advantage, has launched a new website and service portal allowing users to log in to an online claims and repair tracking system where they can also notify new claims.
The system provides information on current, completed and historical claims data, as well as repair tracking and key performance indicator data.
In addition, the new site provides information on Bankstone Advantage’s services to fleet managers, leasing companies, insurers and brokers.
Bankstone Advantage provides modular, outsourced accident and claims services, and the site details the firm’s cradle-to-grave offering, including first response, recovery and collection, repair deployment and management, engineering, full claims management and ULR services.
