Alphabet has created two additional leadership roles as it continues to position itself for strong growth over the next five years.

Head of Intermediary Business

As head of intermediary business, Nick Butler will steer and develop Alphabet’s key relationships with intermediaries and large-volume business partners. Nick was previously a regional manager for BMW Corporate Finance. He joined Alphabet in 2003, working with leasing customers and business partners as well as helping dealerships to find and build up fleet business with local companies. Prior to joining Alphabet Nick worked for Renault Financial Services and Ford Credit.

Implementation Manager

Implementing new schemes and services is a critical part of service delivery, and one for which Alphabet has a strong reputation. Jane White, as Implementation Manager, takes on central responsibility for setting up new schemes and products. Jane was previously customer retention manager for BMW Group Financial Services In her new role, Jane is responsible for liaison with all relevant back office departments; co-ordinating service and system set-ups, and deciding, in conjunction with customers and Alphabet’s business development team, on implementation milestones and launch dates.
