Chevrolet offers 5-year warranty

Chevrolet is offering an extended five-year warranty, available on the brand’s Aveo and Cruze models across all engine and trim levels, the deal also includes three years or 30,000-miles free servicing.

“Chevrolet cars are known all over the world for their dependability,” said the company’s UK managing director, Mark Terry. “In recognition of this, our latest incentive offers customers an even longer warranty and, for a limited period, free servicing for their first three years of ownership. Already in 2010, we have seen a 41% increase in retail sales and have achieved record market share.”

The move comes after the Chevrolet Cruze, which achieved the best ever front and side impact ratings in recent Euro NCAP crash tests, made its debut in the British Touring Car Championship.
