The Federation of Small Businesses has renewed its fuel card contract with The Fuelcard Company, extending it by a further two years.

The scheme offers fixed price fuel cards, as well as HMRC-approved VAT invoices for all fuel purchases. There is a choice of eight different fuel card products from Keyfuels, Texaco, Shell and Esso.

Sandy Harris, chairman of Member Services at the FSB said: “Thousands of our members across the UK depend on driving to conduct their businesses so, the FSB Fuel Card scheme delivers tangible time and cost savings, through reduced administration and the keenest prices.

“In addition, a free FSB-branded online management service has been specifically designed by The Fuelcard Company to assist businesses who find that keeping in control of their business fuel purchases demands too much time and effort. The facility gives cardholders 24/7 access to their fuel card account, for complete control of fuel usage and costs.

“All transactions can be monitored, while cards may be ordered, cancelled or restricted to certain purchase options – for example, fuel only, fuel and lubricants, or carwashes. To prevent unauthorised use, they can be allocated to either a named driver or a specific vehicle.”
